A charming single in Bloomsbury

The room to rent is a charming single room in the heart of Bloomsbury. The room is small and cosy, with the wardrobe outside the room in the hall.

There is a kitchen/lounge where we spend most of our time, and there is also a little garden out the back – the joys of having a basement flat in the heart of London!

The flat is really well placed, and the bedrooms quiet at night as they are at the back of the flat. There is a Waitrose and small Sainsbury’s over the road in the Brunswick Centre, which has all the shops you’ll need, and we’re really well connected with Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston 5-10 mins walk away and Russell Square of course which is at the end of the road. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Covent Garden and one of the best things about living here is that everything is at your doorstep!

I’m Jonny (26) and I work in social media. I’m English, originally from the countryside in Worcestershire, and have lived in London for over 5 years now. I like to draw and paint in my spare time, and put my artwork on YouTube. I also love to explore London, and find the places the tourists don’t get to, being a country boy at heart I tend to have to get outside for a bit every day ☺. I’m also a Neighbours fan and can’t wait for Dallas to come back on! My husband Mark (25), is from the USA, and moved over a year and a half ago, and is a chef. He is guaranteed to find the best trash TV and likes the odd visit to a museum.

We’re looking for a flatmate who is friendly, tidy, considerate and someone we can have a good chat and a laugh with, and who will treat the flat like their home, not just a place to sleep for the night.

The flat is managed by an agent, who is fantastic, and always on hand if there is a repair needed.

Rent is £525 per month
All bills are split into thirds (2/3rds me and Mark, and 1/3 you). Your portion of the bills are detailed below:

Council tax: £39 (If you are a student you do not have to pay this if you provide proof of exemption to the council)
Utilities and virgin media internet and tv: £50-60
