En-suite double room (Ideally Mon to Fri but open)

A spacious double room with an en suite shower is available to rent. This would ideally suit someone looking for a mid week room to rent in central London, however, I am open to someone staying full time if the fit is right. There is plenty of storage space, along with a writing desk and chair. There is a memory foam Tempur mattress on the bed.

The flat is well located between Russell Square, Kings Cross and Farringdon and is in a modern development. It’s a quiet street with hardly any traffic.

One of the other two bedrooms is currently occupied by myself, albeit I will only be there 30% of the time. It's a quite flat and would suit a professional looking for a comfortable. We are friendly but just don’t want the wrong expectation created as we both do our own things in the evening time etc. While the kitchen area is available to use, someone looking to spend extensive time cooking each evening probably won't be a match. While it’s there to use, but not if you plan on spending hours each evening cooking! It will impact on the personal space of the others. People looking to bring back friends on a regular basis won't have found their right home yet!

The price for a M to F person is £825, bills included.

For a full time person, it’s £950 plus bills.
