The apartment is shared with two other professionals both working in the arts. Both of these people will be coming and going over the summer months so there will be plenty of space in the apartment throughout the summer.

There is a good sized fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. And the apartment is both clean and efficiently run with the service of a weekly cleaning lady included in the rent.

The very best thing about this room and the apartment is it's very central location on Lamb's Conduit Street, a lovely semi-pedestrian street with good restaurants, cafes and independent shops, in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. It is both lively and quiet. A haven in the middle of London.

It would be very convenient for anyone working in London Monday to Friday as it is an easy walk or commute to all of the City. Or for a student studying at London University - it is a 10 minute walk from UCL, LSE and SOAS.

King's Cross, St. Pancras, Euston, Holborn, Chancery Lane and Russell Square are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. It is a ten minute walk to the West End.

Full-time rental including bills is £1200 pm.
