Spacious room available in a sunny Marylebone Flat starting in January.

Flat & Room Layout:

The flat is spread over 850 sq ft in size, set over the top two floors on Welbeck St in Marylebone. The windows are on both side so we get quite a lot of light all day long. The room itself is quite large at roughly 3 x 5 m (floor plan attached) with two large windows. 1 and a half bathrooms are also handy. The room is currently furnished with a large built in wardrobe. Plus bed with night stands and large chest of drawers. The bed/night stands/drawers could be available for sale for a reasonable price. They are Ikea and about a year old.

The location:

Just a block away from Marylebone high street, it is 5 minutes walk to the Bond st station and on the Jubilee and Central lines.

And while Oxford St is nearby in case you need it, the crowds don't seem to cross into Marylebone at all, so you still get a great neighborhood feel. Waitrose and Tesco are just 5 mins away, as well as a proper butcher and fishmonger and a real cheese shop, not to mention the Sunday Farmer's Market. And all the shopping you might want, Whistles, Anthropologie, Sandro, Aesop, etc. The location really is as good as it gets in London.

The price and move date:

The price is £285/week for the room (plus bills) and the starting date is ideally anytime before end of Jan, but negotiable.

More about me:

I am pretty easy going and social and also quite clean and orderly. We have a cleaning lady that comes every other week (around £30 total each time). I tend to work quite long hours so usually you wouldn't see me too much during the week, but when i'm around i'm always up for a good chat and a glass of wine! We would occasionally host brunches and events at our place, so while it will obviously be up to both of us, it probably would help if you're outgoing as well and like to host people :)
