As you can see from the pictures we have a fantastic, large and modern flat which is just 5 minutes from Borough tube station.

Our current flatmate is taking a secondment in Oz out so we are looking for a great replacement for him to move in preferably from the 10 April but there is a bit of flexibility here. The secondment is for six months and fortunately he is coming back so this would suit someone looking for a short term stay in London.

The flat is in perfect condition, fully furnished with a dining table and flat screen TV. There is a large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.

The available bedroom is a double with and fully furnished. We also have an outdoor patio area and access to the car park and bike shed if needed.

Moving on to who you'd be sharing with, we are two laid back professional guys who are very relaxed and easy to live with. We are looking for someone similar and who wants to hang out together rather than just someone to fill a room. Other than that we have no particular preference re age, background or sex.

In conclusion, although we live in a great place, what is more important for us is finding a really nice person to live with and replace our departing flatmate.
