We have one double bedroom available in a modern, quiet and friendly 4-bed flatshare in Borough SE1, from 1st May. The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes and drawers, and there is plenty of storage room under the bed and in our spacious flat.

We have wifi, a large comfortable lounge with a TV where we often relax in the evening, and a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There is one toilet and a separate bathroom with a good shower over the bathtub. The flat is located in London SE1, in a safe and family-friendly residential area. Borough Market is less than a 10 min walk (no lie), with Sainsbury's and Tesco about a 5 min walk from the flat too. The Southbank is about 15 mins walk and there are loads of good pubs and nice little shops close by, with excellent transport links from London Bridge and Waterloo.

You will be sharing with 3 females aged between 23 and 26.

You must be professional, in full time employment, and looking for a long term let (12 months). We are looking for a clean, fairly easy going person who is considerate of others. Not suitable for students or jobseekers. Sorry, no pets, no smokers, no couples. Ideally we’d like someone aged 22-30.

We spend an additional £50-£60 per month on all bills (including a cleaner every 2 weeks).
