Sadly my flatmate is leaving so I have a room available from 1st June 2014 in the flat i live in.

Your room is a spacious double with lots of storage and comes with an ensuite.

There is an open plan living area with kitchen.

All bills included except for council tax which you would pay additionally per month.

The flat is located 3min walk from borough station, 6mins from borough market and london bridge stations.

Within the complex there is also a concierge and it is gated at night. There is also a Tesco next door and a gym on the other side.

You would be living with me - I work in the city, usually long hours and out of work I love to go and explore the city and socialise with my friends.

I treat the place like a home therefore would appreciate someone who is similarly clean, tidy and respectful towards the flat.

I'm not a massive party animal and love to chill out in the flat after a long day at work so if you're looking for a party flat then this isnt the place for you I'm afraid!
