Double room overlooking the Shard
Thanks for looking at my flat! I've just moved to Borough and have a room to let. It's less than a five minute walk from Borough tube station and about 10 mins from London Bridge (far too close to Borough Market for my pocket and waistline!). The square is really beautiful and really quiet, and I have a key for two communal gardens.
It's a large double room looking out at the Shard. It's furnished with a bed (mattress has just been delivered!), a big built in wardrobe and chest of draws. The flat is on the top floor with one bathroom. All bills are included. The agent will need to approve a new tenant through standard referencing etc, and the current lease runs until May next year.
A bit about me - I work in Central London and have a passion for sport, travel, social drinks and making the most of London life. Generally quite busy with work off all over the country, but am looking for a professional with similar interests to share a few glasses of wine with in the evening,
Sorry no couples.
