A clean, modern bedroom in a flat of 3, on Great Dover Street , just off Borough High Street in London Bridge - An amazing location!

The Location

The flat has great transport links - less than 5 minutes walk to Borough Tube Station and 10 minutes to London Bridge station. There is a Co-op within 2 minutes walk, and the fantastic Borough Market is close by. Also – handy if you work in the city as it’s only a 20 minute.

The Flat

As can be seen from the photographs, the living room is incredible – it’s big, bright and spacious, well decorated with huge sofas and a massive TV. We keep the flat clean and it has a very homely feel when all the housemates are around. The kitchen has everything you would need and we already have cutlery/crockery. The bathroom is large and shared between just two of the housemates so no shower queues in the morning.
The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, shelves, double wardrobe and two chests of drawers.
There is also a communal courtyard which contains a decent sized communal garden, barbecue area and a bike shed.

The housemates

The housemates are Rob (24) and Natalia (26). We both work in the city and have been living in London for around a year. We are sociable in the flat and are easy going, friendly and clean. We are happy to chill and watch TV/have a glass of wine/head down to the local on the weekend but equally do our own things too. We are both fairly active/sporty and are enjoying the London lifestyle.

Ideally we would be looking for someone of the same age bracket (21-30), who is easy going, chilled out and friendly. Both guys and girls are welcome, however no couples please.

Rent/bills

The rent is £705 a month plus bills - these are around £100pcm.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested; the move in date is at the lastest the 2nd August (ideally we would like to have everything settled by this date) but we welcome earlier moving dates!

We will be holding viewings on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Saturday 26th July, so please let us know your availability for these dates upon enquiry.
