A double room in a two bedroom top floor apartment is going to be available from mid August.

You would be occupying the largest bedroom in the apartment. It's north facing with a large bay window so it has plenty of natural light. There's ample room for storage, with shelves provided and an in built wardrobe.

The kitchen has integrated paneling throughout, an electric stovetop and oven, lots of storage throughout and a washing machine in the corner. It's well kept, clean and modern.

The bathroom is a selling point. It has a huge bath with shower above, perfect to relax in after those exhausting days at work, university or exploring all that London has to offer.

The flat has a shared living room with a huge L-shaped sofa, dining room table, shelving and the potential for a TV. It's very homey, with a fireplace facade and a view of the Shard.

Avonmouth Street is equidistant to both Borough and Elephant and Castle stations. This means you have easy access to the Bakerloo and Northern line underground services, National Rail services to locations including (but not limited to) Luton airport, Brighton, Wimbledon, Sutton and Seven Oaks and bus services to all parts of the city. The night bus services from Holborn or Piccadilly Circus can get you home in ten to fifteen minutes.

You'd be living with me, a young professional who is a music teacher in two schools across London and sings three nights a week (so it's likely you'd get some evenings to yourself). I enjoy travelling, cooking and baking, exploring London, skipping and watching movies with my friends and housemates.

You would have to be

- willing to try baking experiments such as cookies, cheesecakes, mousse and cakes
- open to the possibility of watching movies and having a meal together
- clean and tidy [as we're sharing the cleaning and maintenance of the flat]

The property is managed by a live-out landlord and an agency. You will be required to pay a one off fee for creating a new contract for the flat.
