Double Room in Social Borough Flatshare

*July 17th: still open for viewings*

We have a decent sized double room available in a two floor maisonette. We're above a printing shop (open Mon-Fri) and on the end of a church so we are lucky enough to have no residential neighbours. The flat has a large lounge, a kitchen that Delia would be proud of, one bathroom with bath and shower and three awesome housemates.

Stu is a children's gymnastics instructor, a dab hand in the kitchen and has his own street food stall. He likes getting out and about and making the most of what London has to offer.

Ed works in flood risk management (yes, it is a thing), is passionate about music and sport and can often be found strumming his guitar or in one of the many good pubs in the local area.

Tori is an event manager who loves exploring London, going to gigs and summer festivals. She likes keeping fit, travelling and is big on her films.

We're all independent but we enjoy the odd weekday drink and the occasional night out together at the weekend. We're looking for someone who is social, like-minded and is looking to share a house rather than rent a room.

P. S. Rent includes council tax. All other bills are paid separately, but don't usually come to much - especially at this time of year!
