Double room in 3 bed flat in Borough

Hello, we are two professionals (a couple) and a PhD student at the London School of Economics looking for a fourth person to share a flat in Borough. The flat has three bedrooms, a good size reception room, balcony, wooden floors, separate kitchen, three bedrooms, modern bathroom and separate WC.

It is located in central Borough just a short walk to London Bridge and Borough Market. The flat is well insulated. The rent for the available single room is 650£/month NO BILLS INCLUDED. The room is fairly small, but it does have a double bed and good storage. Ideally we would be looking for someone to move in the last week of August.

We would really like a flatmate that would be willing to be a part of the flat life and interact with others.
