Our lovely flatmate is leaving us (we're only half forgiving him for moving abroad as expectant of free accommodation for mini breaks :))..as his visa is now confirmed we are now looking for a new flatmate to share our nice sunny home from the start of September..

About the room: Large double bedroom with lots of light with two windows, (although "blackout blinds" provide good sleep). The room comes with a double bed, side table, small wardrobe, mirror, bookcase and a chair.

About the flat: 3-bedroom ground floor flat with communal living room, kitchen and bathroom- comes with all the necessary appliances and fast broadband.

About the area: 7 mins from Borough station and 10-15 mins to London Bridge. Close to local shops, cafes, Borough Market and Bermondsey street with a variety of cafes and bars. Several gyms are nearby, including one 5 mins away.

About us: Two female professionals in their late 20s(doctor and PR specialist), quite active but laid back approach to life and like to get out and about during the week/weekends. Like to socialise together, but also have our own hobbies, friends and busy work schedules. We are not a party house, although we enjoy a glass of wine and dinner parties.

About you: Clean, respectable, sociable professional, native English speaker. We would prefer to have a man in his late 20s or early 30s to have the same dynamic that we have had for the last year. A glass-half-full disposition is highly preferred, with your own passions in life. Non-smoker.
