Double room in a beautiful 2 bed split level flat

I've just taken on the tenancy to a gorgeous 2 bed flat in Borough and need someone fabulous to live with.

The flat is split level with open plan kitchen / living room, shower room and toilet downstairs and two double bedrooms upstairs. Rent is £830 and I expect bills to be around an extra £100-120 a month.

The building surrounds Tabard Gardens which is a lovely little park area. It's about 5 minute walk to Borough tube and less than 10 minutes to London Bridge, so the location really is awesome. I've lived round here for a few years now and couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

A little about me: I'm a personal trainer, based in London Bridge. Obviously I love to keep fit, but I also love good food, good wine and a good gossip!

I'm easy going, friendly, clean and tidy and I'm looking for someone similar. I work long hours during the week, but it would be nice to have someone I can sit and have a chat with when I'm home, and potentially share the odd dinner or glass of wine with.
