Zone 1 flat to rent by the Shard (Aug & Sept)

I'm moving into a new flat on 9 August, but my contract doesn't end until 26 September, so I'm going to sublet my current room from 10 August. The current tenants are girls and would like a girl to move into my room.

I'm letting the flat at £500 for each month (£1000 overall) - which is a bargain for Zone 1! In return, I would need a £100 deposit.

The flat is in Borough, just south of the river, and is a five minute walk from the Shars, it's just over a five minute walk from both Borough tube station (the Northern line) and from London Bridge tube station (Jubilee and Northern Line, plus national rail). It's close to loads of bus routes, especially the C10, and because it's so central you can quickly walk anywhere you want to.

I live with two other girls, both in their early twenties, one Welsh and one German - both very lovely!

The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

The flat has a kitchen with an oven, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, and a new washing machine - plus, we're about a minute's walk from a launderette with tumble dryers. I'll be leaving all my crockery etc for you to use as I won't need it in my new flat. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has a bathtub, shower head, and sink.

We don't have a living room - like most Zone 1 flats, the original living room was turned into a bedroom. However, this bedroom does have a sofa, table, and chairs, and the girl who lives in it is more than happy to let people eat and hang out in there.

I'd like to clarify that this is a short-term let; the room is only available until 26 September!
