We are three women in our late twenties looking for a fourth person to take over one of the rooms for a month.

We are all moving out of the flat on the 07 of October since it is being renovated after so the room would be ideal for someone on holiday or looking to move in to London an wants to look for a house.

Our flat has a cosy kitchen and living room, and a separate bathroom and shower. The room is very big and contains a double bed and a wardrobe.

It's fantastically located - just 5 mins to Borough station (Northern line) and 10 minutes each to Southwark (Jubilee line), Elephant and Castle (Bakerloo line) ,London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee and mainline rail) and 15' to Waterloo Station. The area is quiet with a good community and has many shops and pubs within easy walking distance of the flat.

We're not looking for couples, smokers and those with pets.

We would like some financial commitment from the person interested to secure the room.
