What we've got:

A double room in our beautiful, modern, furnished, split level 4 bedroom apartment in Borough, Central London. We are ideally located, 5 mins walk from Borough on the Northern Line, 10 mins from London Bridge / Borough Market / Bankside, 15 minutes from Bank / The City, and 20 mins from Waterloo / South Bank / Blackfriars. We also have a Boris bike station right outside, a Sainsburys a few meters away and some fantastic pubs nearby.

We are:

A 24 year old recruiter, a 24 year old paediatric mental health practitioner, a 27 year account exec and 30 year old software engineer. The latter two are a couple who share a room, so in total there will be 5 people in 4 rooms. We are very friendly and easy going and often enjoy having friends over for drinks on our outside 'tiki terrace'.

What we're looking for:

Young, sociable professionals that are considerate to others and IMMACULATELY clean in the communal areas (we are all clean freaks!). Stress the immaculately as if you like to leave crumbs or dirty dishes this house isn't for you.
