Double room to rent in amazing Zone 1 location

Hiya, I'm looking for a flatmate (no couples) aged between 28-35 to rent a double room in my 2-bed, ground floor flat, in one of the best locations in London!

As well as being available for long-term rental, the room's also available as a short-term rent until 11th March.

It's in Zone 1, a 5-minute walk from both Borough (northern line) and Southwark (jubilee line) tubes, and 10-15-min walk from both London Bridge station and Waterloo station. Great location if you work in the city or Canary Wharf.

It's a spacious flat with 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, large lounge and separate kitchen. The estate is privately owned and managed. The flat was renovated before I moved in, so the paint is fresh and the carpets and blinds are new. No traffic noise.

The flat was sparsely furnished when I moved in (only white goods, 2 new beds and a new sofa) but I've done all the hassle of buying the essentials (eg. kettle, toaster, hoover, table, 2 chairs, ironing board etc) - you're welcome to bring your own or pay a contribution and use mine. You will need to bring your own cooking stuff and will probably want to buy a wardrobe/clothes rack.

The owner/management company specifies you have to be a professional (no students), non-smoking, pay a deposit of six weeks' rent and undergo reference checks.
