Georgian House in Borough (zone 1) with garden

Looking for a third flatmate to join our friendly house, located in a beautiful quiet square with access to central gardens and a private garden. On-street parking is available for c.£125 pa. The house is within the congestion zone so 90% residents discount applies.

Close to local amenities and Borough Market is a 10 minute stroll. Borough, London Bridge and Elephant tubes are within a 5-10 minute walk.

We are looking for a professional, aged between 30 and 38. sorry no couples. Clean and tidy is a must but we would like someone who is chilled out but with a personality too...

All bedrooms are on different floors so there is plenty of privacy although we enjoy getting together for dinner, a glass of wine and the odd BBQ.

The house is set over 4 floors with a spacious lounge/dinning room and separate kitchen. The house is rented unfurnished. There is room for the new tenant to bring furniture if he/she wishes. The room available is a large double room with fitted wardrobe/cupboard (unfurnished).

The new tenant will share a bathroom with one other and there is a separate WC.
