Houseshare in Bow Welcomes You

Hello!

We have a lovely double room in our lovely light and airy house in Bow, its one of the largest rooms in the house.

We are all in our mid to late twenties and, do various jobs in digital and media and stuff. We are a fairly laid back bunch, and share the chores among ourselves. The basic rule is be nice and considerate.

We've all have independent lives, but have some time for each other, and try to get down the palm tree every now and then. Our preference is a girl to keep the balance, but its not hard and fast .

The room is pretty much a bargain, and comes complete with a double bed, shelves, wardrobe and drawers. The house has bathroom, a 2nd separate toilet downstairs, a large kitchen/dining/living area which opens out into our very own garden which has kind of turned into a medow recently. we have had the occasional bbq. There is storage under the stairs for bikes... We also have a double sofa bed in the lounge for guests.

We have all the usual amenities: washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, TV...

The transport links are a little bit magic, 10 minute walk to Bow Road Underground station (hammersmith & city, district), or 15 min walk to Mile End for the central line. There is also a 24 hour night bus number 8 two seconds away which takes you all the way to Oxford Circus through Shoreditch, and back again. Also the 277 goes right past the door that runs through dalson up to stoke newington

The area is great, Roman Road Market, and we are also really close to the quiet part of Victoria Park, as well as the canal and a Pie & Mash shop. We are also walking distance from Hackney Wick, for sunday morning brunchs.

We are looking for someone who is, like us, laid back, reasonably clean, friendly and fun. We mostly work full time (myself at home sometimes) so are not looking for some one to bring the party home with you on school night... Smokers are welcome, but banished to the Shed.

This house is undoubtedly no oil paining from the outside, but you get over it once you step inside...

Important Stuff:

The move in date is roughly the first of october, but we will probs be able to accommodate you from the 22nd fi you need to move. £450. The bills are about 40 each month, then 80 every quarter for the power.
