I live in Bow, East London in a new 2 double bedroom apartment. The flat is fully furnished and on the top floor of a new build block in central Bow (amazing views of Canary Wharf and City). It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room, with balcony. The double room available is fully furnished with a set of draws, wardrobe and double bed and comes with an en suite bathroom. It also has an additional balcony. The apartment also has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and TV/DVD.

A bit about me:
I work in the city and I enjoy socialising with my friends, walks around parks, baking and chilling out watching films. I’m looking to share with someone similar, who enjoys a laugh and likes to keep things clean and tidy.

Amenities
Victoria Pk is just down the road and is lovely in the summer for picnics/BBQ’s

Roman Road is just around the corner. It has lots of local independent shops and is also famous for its Saturday market, where you can find bargain deals on high street brands

Victoria PK Village-On the other side of Victoria Park, there’s a lovely little village that has cool pubs and Deli’s and restaurants to eat at. It’s a good place to take the family when they visit!

Broadway Market-About a 30min walk along the canal will take you here...lots of nice shops and pubs.

Groceries-There’s a Tesco Express on Mile End Road between Bow Rd Tube and Mile End. There’s a big Tescos about 20 min walk from the flat, and there’s a co-op about 10 mins.

Buses
NO 8-takes you through Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Old St, Holborn, Central London. This also a night bus which comes in very handy.

Bills: water, council tax, internet and SKY. In total these all work out about £80pcm.
