Double Room in Bow, live in landlord, homely

Double room in two bed flat. Near Roman Road market, amazing bargains to have on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. 10 min walk to Victoria Park, perfect for days off when the sun is out. Tesco is a 15-20 min walk however the 488 take you straight there and the bus stop is at the end of the road so you never have to walk far with heavy bags. Adsa is a bus journey on the D8, takes about 30min.. The Olympic stadium is only a 15-20min walk from the flat, you can see it at the end of the road and all the new development happening. It only takes 30 mins to walk into Stratford and 10 mins on the bus

I'm pretty easy going and really want someone who I get with as we are sharing the same place, need to be able to respect that this is my home that i've worked hard for and when to give each other space. It is also possible at times you will be sharing with another person and I will be sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed. If you are not ok with this don't apply as this is something that may happen a lot. When I am sleeping in there, it would mean that it is not available between 10:30pm and 6:30am.
