Short Term Let - B/R with Own Bathroom in Modern

I'm going away and would like to rent out my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat as a one bedroom flat for 6 months.

You will have the flat to yourself most of the time. I will leave my things in the spare room and will use that if I am around.

A lovely, comfortable, cosy double room with own bathroom is available in a brand new flat 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom flat. Situated on the ground floor of a brand new gated complex. Includes Bedding and Broadband. A sunny kitchen/dining and lounge area with a patio overlooking the shared garden area - accessible only to residents.

5 minutes walk to gorgeous Victoria Park and the London Canal network which provides access to Regents canals and the Lee Valley Park canals - for walks and cycling. The Olympic Park and Stadium is literally 10 minute walk from the flat.

10 min walk to Bow tube station - district and hammersmith lines. 15 min to Mile End (central line) and 7 min to Bow Church DLR - easy access to Canary Wharf/City/West-End/Greenwich. Bus links to the City/West End and Stratford- home of the London Olympics is also available. Stratford International Station provides links to Eurostar. Buses link Stansted airport to Stratford. City Airport, Gatwick Airport and Heathrow airport all linked to the tube network to get to Bow Station.

Added bonus of loads of Santander Cycle Hire docking stations in the area which provides opportunities of getting around London on
bikes.

Owner occupied flat. But I intend to head back to NZ to spend a Covid Free summer there, hence renting my flat out.

I'm a professional, love travelling and reading and discovering new places in my area. Am vegetarian and looking for someone who is willing to be vegetarian in the flat.

Please note that this is my home. As such, I'm only looking to rent the flat out to 1 other person who will respect the flat and look after it. Keep it clean and tidy.

Someone green fingered would be appreciated to look after my extensive plants on the balcony - tomato/ mint new additions plus a few small indoor plants.
