Thanks for taking an interest in my ad.

I have a small double room available, furnished with a single bed & available from Feb/Mar 2024. All bills are included in the rent, including unlimited super-fast internet as I work remotely from home.

The room comes with the following:
*Bed with orthopeadic mattress
*Desk with foldable chair
*Wardrobe space built in
*LED ceiling lights & USB charge on double sockets.
*Plenty storage space under bed for shoes, space to roll a matt & do your yoga.

Kitchen:
*Have your own under-counter fridge & mini freezer.

Students - Queen Mary University walking distance 20 mins / Approx 10 mins travel to City

Short let:
*Please enquire about rent & deposit as different from advert if you're looking for under 3 months.

I prefer vegetarian, but if you're non veg, I can be flexible if you're pescatarian or pollotarian.

My property is based in a prime location, near to underground/DLR stations, Elizabeth line you can connect from Whitechapel or Stratford station within 5 mins by tube and many restaurants, pubs and shops walking distance to greenery parks. My flat is approx. 5 mintues walk to Mile End or 3 mins walk Bow Road station & about 15 mins walk to Bow Church Docklands Light Railway, about 30 minutes commute to Oxford Circus Station & Bow Church DLR takes you to Canary Wharf within 15 minutes commute. Nearest Airport is London City Airport via DLR, which takes 30 mins to reach. Heathrow Airport is about an hour & 45 mins via underground - quicker via New Elizabeth line.

I live in the property & this is my own place. I am hoping to keep it to up one tenant in the property, although I have a 4 bedroom flat. (There are also 2 bathrooms in my flat)

All rooms are secured with locks, and you will be provided with keys to your room & getting into the property. It is a gated resident.

**Please note** the living room is occupied by the landlord.

I like to keep my place clean and tidy and lead a busy but quiet life at my flat. No smoking allowed. My flat is safe & secure with a secured entrance.

Please note that with covid-19, I am still taking precautions when travelling in & out of the U. K. I complete the rapid test to be on the safe side. I am double vaccinated for your assurance.

To check the location of my property. Use Google maps to see distance time and route options - post code is E3 4NJ - British Street, flat based in between Mile end & Bow Road Tube Station/or Bow Church DLR Trains.

I am open to arranging viewings in person or virtual viewing via WhatsApp if out of the country to secure room in advance. Please can you text me first before calling on my mobile as I won't answer. Viewings can be arranged on Mondays preferred, but some weekends I can be flexible.
