- Hackney Wick, enough said. If you don't know it, get to know it because it's wicked. Laid-back atmosphere, massively creative and like a little bubble within East London.
- We're 10mins form the Overground, 15mins from Stratford and there's loads of bus links. The place is massively bike-friendly too!

Us

- We're a young(ish) couple who work in video production (Doug) and book publishing (Laura). We love to chill out as much as we love to socialise. Our hardcore party days have started to make way for the inevitable reality of enjoying great home cooked food and drinking lots of good wine. That said, we both have rubber arms and can be lead astray easily, well it is Hackney Wick!!

You

- EMPLOYED! reliable, awesome and ideally really prone to making too much cheesecake that you often need help finishing!

The Deal

- £925per month for the room (couple or single) that includes all bills i. e. council tax, rent, internet, Sky, heating and Nadya the cleaner who comes every fortnight)
- £844 deposit in cash to be paid to the guys who are moving out.
- Ideal move in date would be 23rd Nov 2015 but there is potential for flexibility.
- Unfortunately our landlord would like to sell the property by end of March so this is for a 3 month stay only (Jan - end of March).
