A lovely double room in a three bedroom, two floor flat in East London, close to Victoria Park!

Availability:
The room will be available from the 1st of April.

The flat is quite spacious with a sizable living room with sliding windows that open onto the balcony with view on Victoria Park. During the summer (or whenever the weather permits), we like to have drinks or even dinner (it can accommodate a small table) on the balcony.
The kitchen is spacious enough if you, like us, actually enjoy cooking and not just banging a pre-prepared meal in the oven (though we sometimes do that also!). Kitchen has all main appliances. It also has space for a dining table, though we tend to eat in the living room where there is another big dinner table.
There is also a toilet and storage space on this first floor.

- 2nd Floor: Bedrooms, Bathroom, Storage Space
The second floor is comprised of all three bedrooms, the bathroom (bath with shower and toilet) and more storage space.
The room itself is a spacious single room with built-in wardrobe and desk.
Flatmates & Interests:
You would be moving in to live with Lorenzo (31, Italian) and Ermis ( 28, Greek), both speaking perfect English.
Lorenzo runs a small coffee franchise in Central London and Ermis works in a prestigious hotel.
We are all friends so we would like somebody who fits in with this, we don’t want a “stranger” flatmate, though of course we are respectful of everybody’s privacy!

We like to have friends over for a coffee, a drink, a meal or enjoying a house party that we tend to throw altogether.

Area & Amenities:
The area is very nice with Victoria Park literally being our back garden.
Many nice Eastend traditional pubs, local restaurants, places to have brunch on the canal. Hackney Wick area is just two minutes away with many artists and art studios, it hosts many warehouse parties.
Roman Road which is 5 minutes away is the main “retail” area, it has a clothes market two or three times a week. Costcutter, Poundland and Iceland, a few butchers and some delicatessens are all situated in that road also. Bigger Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s are bit further away.
The area is very culturally mixed and with many age differences. Our neighbours are other young flatsharing 20 to 30 years old young professionals, families and retired couples.

Transport wise:
Hackney Wick Overground is a 10 minute walk away.
Bus 8 and N8, from Oxford Street is a couple of minutes away and is 24hr bus. It goes through Brick Lane/Shoreditch/Liverpool Street.
Bus 276 and 488 are in front of the flat and take you towards Hackney, Dalston, Clapton, Stoke Newington very quickly.
Closest tube are Bow Church (District Line/Hammersmith & City Line - 10min walk or you can take a bus) Bethnal Green (Central Line - with additional Bus 8 ride) Mile End (Central Line/District Line/Hammersmith & City Line – with additional bus ride).
DLR at Bow Road, close to Bow Church tube station.
Stratford is easily accessible from here by Overground, Bus, Bike or if you are up for a 30mins walk!
Boris Barclays Bike Docking points very near also.

- Internet w/ phone line: £15. 70 per person per month BT Unlimited + any additional calls made on landline. (Bills every 3 months)
