The room is small but fits a double bed and has an extra walk in wardrobe in the hallway for storage.
The flat has one bathroom and two toilets (one on each level).
The living room is massive and the kitchen /dining room is pretty spacious too.
We have beautiful stained glass windows throughout the house and plenty of light throughout the day!
We are one Irish Girl (26) whom works in sales/ marketing and has just moved from NYC.
One English / French gay couple (24/23) working in banking/ and retail.
The first month is 540 (+bills) then every month is 480 (+bills) after this... Bills are usually around 40/50 each
The deposit is 700 + agency/ admin fees off 150/200 depending if you need a guarantor...

We are on the number 8 bus route, close to mile end / bow road tube stations (central, hammersmith & city and District) as well as hackney wick (overground)
