Hello,

We have a lovely single room available, for a young professional male or female, in our warm and welcoming four bedroomed house. Our house has a good-sized kitchen, two toilet & shower rooms, washing machine & Sky TV/wireless broadband.

We are two girls, one works in the city, the other works in fashion, and a boy who works in Film. We are all clean and tidy, we love to cook, talk and drink…tea. We are considerate to each other’s needs, and always welcome friends & family.

Our house has excellent transport links close by: Mile End serviced by the Central, District, and Hammersmith & City Lines is a 15-minute walk away. The 24hr number 8 Bus (to Tottenham Court Road) and the 399 both leave from end of the road. At the other end of our road is the beautiful Victoria Park, and a street over is a lovely little coffee shop.

We consider ourselves to be easy going, friendly housemates where friends and family are welcome - come and have a cuppa and see if you like the place! Rent includes all bills, except Sky which is an additional £15 PCM.

The Landlord Requires all tenants to complete a reference check (which will incur a cost) and the contract length is 12 months.
