Beautiful sunny room in E3 shortlet (a month only)

Hello there! I am going to France at the end of this month for one month and wish to find a replacement for this time!
LOVELY room.

Huge double bed, wooden floor, Big windows. and lots of storage room for your stuffs! The house in itself is lovely, very clean and quite spacious ( big living room ) and beautiful garden equiped with Barbecue and flatmates like to use it whenever the weather allows it! Big kitchen, clean and quite spacious bathroom.
Other than that its equiped with TV and laundry machine and there is WIFI.
I wish to find someone serious (preferably a professional girl), very respectful and clean, but above all, someone who will be a nice temporary flatmates for the current people staying here this summer. Deposit is 100pounds, and rent is 520 pounds between 28th of June till 27 of July.
