A superb, fully furnished double room is available starting from today in old ford road. The house is right next to the bus station, which includes buses that go to central London + is only 12 minutes away from Bethnal Green area.

Closest tube lines are: District, Hammersmith & City, Central Lines (Mile End & Bethnal Green stations).

I'm taking viewings starting from today, tomorrow and on Thursday (24th-26th June).

Availability: The room is available as I got a fantastic opportunity to work in Cyprus and so I am looking for a replacement. The contract ends on the 8th of October, but if you would like to extend your stay you can renew the contract for another 6 months to a year!

The house share is with two friendly people, a French intern and a Cypriot university student.

Deposits are as follows: Five weeks deposit for professionals plus a job reference letter and two months deposit for students or jobless, (this amount is returnable with your leave) payable to The City Rooms, London + £100 agency fee.

£577 per calendar month includes internet. Other bills are approximately 30 pounds per person, per month.
