The flat is in a very secure block which has a security code. I also have a secure parking space that is not currently used so you are welcome to use it.
5 minute walk to Bow Road tube, and only a 15 minute walk to Victoria Park. (you can even walk to Westfield in 25 mins)

Your Bedroom – Fully furnished (300cm x 270cm) double bedroom.
The Flat – The whole flat has just been re-painted to freshen it up so the pictures you can see are slightly old now. It will look even nicer than the current pictures. It is a modern flat, comes with wifi, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, and I have also replaced most of the lounge furniture.

A bit about you:
I am preferably looking for an English speaking, non smoking, male or female, between the ages of 25 – 35. Easy to get on with and clean and tidy would obviously be great too. Also if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend then they are of course welcome to stay over but try to keep it to once/twice a week as this is not an advert for a couple.

A bit about me:
I’m 34, English and have lived in London for 10 years now. I am in to photography, fitness, cooking, and work in the business travel industry.
I’m pretty laid back, easy to get on with but also know when to respect someone’s privacy. I occasionally have friends over for dinner and drinks but not looking to turn it in to a party flat.
