The flat is modern (10 years old), in a nice safe area with excellent transport links: 5 mins from Bow Church DLR and 8 mins from Bow Road Tube (District line) plus great bus links on Bow Road. It is also very close to Victoria Park, Roman Road market and Stratford Westfield, which are all 5-10 mins away.

I’m the owner, but you will be living with my flatmate, a 31-year-old banking analyst. He's a fan of football, rugby and cooking. He's easygoing, clean and doesn't have any bad habits!

The bedroom is furnished, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and double bed. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen; large smart TV; broadband Internet and a cleaner comes once a fortnight. The building is served by a lift and has a secure lobby.

Council tax is £65, and other bills, including the cleaner are about £70.
