Large, fully furnished, double room with lots of storage space on ground floor available in sociable house in Bow.

The house: Fully furnished, 4 bedroom house with large front room, bathroom with shower, 2 toilets and fitted kitchen. Located 4 minute walk (2 minutes if you run) to Bow Church station and 7 minutes to Bow Road station. We are located next to Bow bus garage so have many connections by bus. We are a also minute away from a small park and a 10 minute walk from Roman Road market and Victoria Park. Bow Road has a couple of small supermarkets (one open 24 hours) and pubs.

The housemates: We are 3 young professionals who were friends before living together. We enjoy relaxing in the lounge and going out for the occasional meal or drink. We also have our own groups of friends and respect each other wanting to enjoy some alone time! We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, considerate and doesn't take themselves too seriously.

The rent is £505 each month which doesn't include bills which normally amount to 50 pounds each. You will also need to complete a reference before moving in and pay £95 to the letting agent for the privilege!
