The flat is 60 square meters, with 1 ensuite (my room) and a furnished room (yours) with a private bathroom (yours as well).
Large kitchen and living room. the terrace is narrow but allow to put bikes etc. The flat is Western exposure and feels really bright.
It is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.
Visiting it is the best way to appreciate the place/space.
I work in advertising. I am fairly laid back and like to keep the flat relatively quiet and clean. I'd like the next tenant to feel like she/he can call this place home too.
Minutes away, you have Victoria Park, the canal and Roman road (local market on Saturday)
Very good access to transport: tube (under 10 min) Overground (5 min) bus (1 min)
