King sized double room in a friendly flatshare

This is a king sized double room situated in a 2-floor basement and first floor flat in Bow E3 4DL. The monthly rent is £780 and this will include all bills. Half month deposit (£390) is required. The room will be available to view from Sunday, 06 January and available to move into on 4 February 2019. The new flatmate can be given a set of keys on the move in date. We consider short lets as well!

The flat is situated within a Victorian period house and is very spacious The room itself comes with the following items: a three door wardrobe, combined cupboard/shelves unit, a double bed and a good sized desk with a chair. There is lots of storage space so having lots of stuff need not be a problem. The room is located at the front of the flat (first floor) and has many typical Victorian features such as a very high ceiling and a bay window with wooden shutters.

The flat also has a cosy living room for common use. There is also a good sized open plan kitchen (with dining table) equipped with washing machine/microwave/fridge with freezer (all mod cons) etc. The property has toilets located on both floors (with sinks) and a good sized bathroom containing shower unit. The flat also has access to a large back patio space which is ideal for daily general use i. e smoking, B. B. Q's etc.

You would be sharing with a professional couple and another tenant (so altogether we would be a household of 4). All very easy going, considerate and house trained! All in all, I would describe the flat as a place where you can happily live and let live. Although we all like to unwind with a drink and some fun etc this is essentially a quiet flat to live in. Internet access is 24/7 wireless.

The property is situated approx 2 minute walk from Bow Road underground station (District and Hammersmith and City lines) and approx 1 minute walk from Bow Church DLR station and an 8 minute walk to Mile End underground station (Central line) It is in zone 2. Bus stops are also situated very close by on the Bow Road. The 25, 425, 205 and N205 all run towards Central London from this stop.

The property offers very easy access to shops. There is a large 24/7 Co-op food store attached to a petrol station situated right opposite the front door of the flat and a Tesco Express less than 5 minutes away. Less than a minutes walk you can find a Barclays Bank branch with a cash point. The Westfield Stratford shopping centre is a short bus or tube ride away for a general shop.
