Big Room, Homely House E3

Hi, we have a big room in our 3 bed victorian available before 27 Feb...We are 2 friendly and relaxed housemates looking for someone to join us :) The photos of the room aren't great but it's a big space, in a homely house that you can make your own. We have excellent links to the city, canary wharf, liverpool street and the east end. (bow road /Mile End tubes/ dlr /bus/ bike)
I've been living here for 5 years and love it - it's a little sanctuary with close connections to the best of the east end including victoria park, broadway market, bethnal green, westfield stratford, whitechapel curries and bars and nightlife of shoreditch, bricklane and Hoxton.
The room available is a large size double. The house is well equipped with all the usual stuff incl wm & dryer and is spacious. We have a seperate lounge and a big clean kitchen and a nice back yard (courtyard). On street parking is available too. rent is 578 plus about 130 in bills so budget for around 710 all in, including a cleaner.
