Lovely modern flat in Bow with balcony and views.

I am currently looking for a flatmate to move in to the second room in my lovely 12th floor flat in Bow (don't worry; there is a lift!)
It has a balcony which is great to have breakfast on and beautiful views for the evening.
I am a professional theatre lighting designer and work unusual hours meaning you're quite likely to have the flat to yourself for many evenings.
I'm the type of person that is happy to chat but also likes my own space - and am looking for someone similar.
Great modern shared kitchen and bathroom.
Room comes with drawers, double bed, side table and wardrobe.
