Welcome to your future flat in the hipster hub of Hackney Wick.

So, THE FLAT: It's situated around 12 min walk from Mile End station (Central line) and a 15 min walk from Hackney Wick Overground/Bethnal Green. The big and beautiful Victoria Park is a 5 minute walk from the flat (and it's not one of those rubbish parks, it's got cafe's, boats, an adventure park & is surrounded by pubs).

THE ROOM: It's an east facing large double (12ft / 8. 5ft) with one large window. It come furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large rug, long mirror and black stylish shelves. It also has dimmer switch lighting and the sun rises are exquisite.

THE FLAT: 3 double bedroom flat on the 4th floor of a 20 story tower block. The building is really safe with a double fob lock entry system and is really well maintained. It's within walking distance of amazing pubs, the greatest local corner shops and Roman Road Market every Sunday. We have a large living room with 3 leather sofas, a thirty something inch screen, SKY TV, PS3, XBOX 360 and various devices to watch whatever the hell you fancy. The living room leads out to the balcony with large sliding doors.

I've not once had a cold shower in this flat...power shower and endless hot water.

Bills are £45 a month and that covers everything (Internet, Sky (with Sports and Movies), Water, Council Tax etc etc).
Gas and Electric is separate and comes quarterly and usually costs us each about £55 per quarter (varies depending on the season).

I'm absolutely gutted to be leaving this flat, not only is it a little gem in the East, the other three folks are couldn't be sweeter. If you've flat shared in London before, you'll know how hard it is to find housemates who are relaxed, polite, considerate and fun. These guys tick those boxes.
