Double room available in professional town house

Hey,

My double room will be available from 1st August.

The monthly rent including bills is £707, however after all the bills have been paid out we usually get around £20-50 back. This also includes a fortnightly cleaner, all cleaning products, communal kitchen items and toilet roll.

There is a house contract which is rolling so you can live in the house for as long as you like. You will need to pay £1060 up front to secure the room, the deposit is £850 and there is a £210 agency fee for moving in. You will also need to provide references.

The room is a decent sized double and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, built in wardrobe and underbed storage.

There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage, two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The garden is big with a table and chairs, great for Summer BBQ's.

There is also off street parking available at the end of the garden.

You will be living with 7 people working in a mixture of professions(art, fashion, marketing, healthcare). Everyone works different shift patterns and they all have their own social lives so the house never feels crowded. We have the occasional 'pay day pizza night' and drinks down the local pub.

Bow has excellent transport links with the district and hammersmith and city lines from Bow Road station (directly opposite the house). The DLR from Bow Church is a 5 minute walk away and the central line from Mile End is a 10 minute walk. There are a few 24 hour buses that stop by the house.
