Modern, Spacious Apartment Just Off Brick Lane

I'm currently looking for a someone to fill the last double room avalaible in the spacious and amazingly located Shoreditch flat I live in.

First up location!!
Just off Brick Lane- a short walk away from either Liverpool Street tube (Central, Circle, Hammersmith and City & Metropolitan lines), Aldgate East tube(District & Hammersmith and City lines), or Shoreditch High Street Overground. Being one street behind Brick Lane gets you close enough with out the street noise.

The Space:
The flat has 3 Double rooms, 1 bathroom, laundry with additional sink and toilet, and a super spacious kitchen and living area.

The flat is fully furnished and yes, it has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Oh and a private balcony that the 2nd room actually opens out on to ( though can be accessed by the whole flat through the front door). The flat has also recently been repainted and carpeted so looking new and nice.

In total there will be 4 people living in the house.

You'll be moving in with an Aussie girl (me), I'm social, easy going, and equally love my weekends going out dancing to my favourite dj's or chilling out going for brunch and enjoying the flats amazingly comfy couch watching TV. It would be nice to find some flatmates to enjoy the odd beer or glass of wine with, but above all, being easygoing and tidy is key.

I've just filled the other room ( as of this weekend) with a couple I their mid 20's, we're all professionals.
