I am looking for flatmate to replace my outgoing flatmate in a modern development in Cheshire Street in a trendy part of Shoreditch near Brick Lane. The large double room has an ensuite bathroom / shower, the flat also has blistering fast (REALLY REALLY FAST) broadband, a modern kitchen with dishwasher etc. ENORMOUS and spacious living room with large couches and even a dinner table. Also has secure garage and parking space, along with sociable neighbours (yes, it includes a facebook group for block residents)...

I work in the city, walk to work (it's that close to the city) and quite often go out on weekends - I run regularly and cycle occasionally. I am easy going and just looking for someone who is considerate and easy to get on with.
