Best House Near Brick Lane

So we are two girls and a guy. The room up for grabs is nice bright and big and faces out onto a garden (not ours but we have some access sometimes). All fairly modern, one bathroom (not as bad as you would think!!) Two toilets, big kitchen, living area. Sorry hoping to get some extra photos up , but viewings available over the next couple of weeks, so please get in touch. Wanting to make a decision asap!

We are a social bunch that enjoy our own time also, you’ll generally find us on the couch drinking wine.
The house is just by Shoreditch high street station and Shoreditch House, so an awesome area, but nice and quiet just off Brick Lane.

Bills are under £100pcm all year, and we have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight.

Ideally looking to get another guy into the house to even the score up but open to both. Get in touch asap as the current flatmate has given his one month’s notice (having payment/fees paid, contract signed and references checked before moving in is non-negotiable). please let us know a bit of details about you, what you do, what you lie etc etc.
