Good sized double room available in a fun flat just off Brick Lane, close to transport and all the good stuff in the area.

The room is a decent size, with double bed, and lots of storage space in wardrobes etc. The bedroom is carpeted, whilst the rest of the flat has wooden floors.

The flat has a great open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hobs, a good oven, fridge, freezer etc. There's a juliet balcony as well, so it's nice and airy (nb: this is really just french windows, not a proper balcony). You're welcome to use any of my cooking equipment, coffee machine and so on.

There is a shared bathroom with shower which is nicely modern.

Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, council tax, unlimited broadband), as well as Sky Sports HD.

I think I'm fairly easy going to live with. I enjoy making the most of the restaurants & nightlife in the area, and having people round - you'd obviously be welcome to do so as well. I'm also quite a big sports fan.
