Gorgeous Short Term Dbl Room In Warehouse Flat!

Hey there!

I've got a large amazing double-bedroom up for grabs starting March 8, 2014 (move-in day could be negotiable). It will be available for about five weeks (roughly April 12). I'm looking for someone to fill my room short-term for no-fuss £160/week (cheaper than what I pay, just looking to cover some costs). Ideally, I'd love for you to be able to cover the whole five weeks.

It is a super awesome, LARGE, open-plan converted warehouse flat on the third floor (with an elevator!), that has 4 amazing massive windows that can open and look out to see Brick Lane, The Gherkin, and the City.

VERY convenient location with Shoreditch High Street overground an 8 minute walk away, Aldgate East a 2 minute walk, and Liverpool Street a 10 minute walk away. Busses located everywhere including 67 (to Dalston/Stoke Newington), 254 (Hackney), 205 (Paddington or the city), and 242, 243, 149, 55, 48, 26 all less than 10 minute walk away. Best location and right by the amazing Sunday Brick Lane Market. Cafes, bars, and the awesome Whitechapel Gallery closeby.

You would be sharing with two other flatmates. One is a nice, young, English gal that works as a Fashion PR, and the other is a young studio professional.

The bedroom is 3. 5 m by 3. 5 m - as it's a converted warehouse flat, the room has no windows, but features a full size floor to ceiling AMAZING glass panel wall that is bloody brilliant in the morning, and/or if you like to work in the room. Double bed with drawers underneath to store, one small cabinet to fill with stuff, and another bedside desk with mirror. And my favourite part? The clothes rack that you can use to hang your clothes. Makes the room larger and airy without having a massive wardrobe!

Living room with two comfy couches, television, fast wi-fi throughout. And an amazing sitting room/dining room table that seats 8.

The kitchen is renovated and amazing open plan style with granite worktops that includes a Fridge/Freezer, Shelves for stuff, Oven, Stove, and a Washer/Dryer! Lots of pots/pans/baking/utensils/plat es, etc, for you to use!

Bathroom is MASSIVE with a floor to ceiling mirror, and normal stuff - tub/shower, big porcelain sink and all the other things!

We also have a funny/sweet cleaner who comes in twice a week! This would be £10 extra per week payable to her on Fridays.

I'll be clearing up my room leading up to the 8th, and will be fully out on March 8 a. m., so room would be ready for you that weekend.

I'd preferably LOVE to fill my room to one person who wants the entire stay, but could be up for negotiating if you need it slightly shorter or slightly longer.

I'm looking for someone to fill the room for £800 for the entire duration (but can be negotiable if you are going to stay slightly shorter).

The landlord is asking for normal deposit (£700) - I know this seems like a lot, but believe me it's worth it. I love this flat so much!!!! :) And of COURSE, this would be returned to you as soon as you move out! Woo! And hey, you'll probably be searching for your next place, so at least you know you'll have the next deposit or rent ready to go!

Anyway, I know this was long, but I wanted to answer as much as possible about the flat. I'd like to do viewings as soon as possible this week. I'd love to meet you and show you the room! :)

PS: I KNOW, there's no shots of the actual room here, but I assure you the space is great, I'm hoping to put up shots ASAP!
