Double room to rent in bricklane

Hi,
We are renting a double room in our house. There is a garden, large living room, separated kitchen etc. it's a short term rent at the moment (until the end of July) but we are checking with the agency if we can renew our contract to stay one more year.
The house is between Bricklane (5-min walk) and Bethnal green (10 min walk to the station). The rent is £660 + £100 bills approx. We are looking for a girl (sorry guys and if possible French) employed with a mon-fri job (no night shift or weekend shift) and veeeeery clean (we are not OCD but quite important to us). We also want a fun person to share time with etc. The deposit is £665.
About us: two French girls in our mid twenties, working in IT and hospitality. We are very good friends so we hope to find someone who will match!
