We have a double room for rent in our awesome flat close to Brick Lane/Shoreditch/Whitechapel! Available from 2nd September. Viewings are in the evening.

The flat consists of three bedrooms, one is on offer to a single woman (no couples or guys, apologies). Sharing with 2 female professionals (both work in digital) and looking for a third girl to move into a fun and upcoming area in Aldgate East.

The room: Is light and airy and can be furnished with a double bed and wardrobe or with your own furniture. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate (the shower is great!) Our living room is huge and great for having people over.

Amenities: Sky, WIFI, large outdoor terrace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bike shed, security on the door after 6pm – plus everyone in the building are young professionals who like to socialise with each other!

Flatmates: We are looking for someone who wants a relaxed, tidy and respectful place to live. This would suit someone who enjoys the company of others. ☺

Location: The location is fantastic! The flat is close to all things the East End has to offer - Brick Lane is a few minutes walk away, Spitalfields market is great for a mooch and Shoreditch is just up the road. Theres a Tescos at the end of the street & a Sainburys round the corner, plus lots of great eateries and cafes in the locale.

Transport: Literally 3 mins walk between Aldgate East and Whitechapel, 5 mins to Aldgate and 15 mins to Liverpool Street. Fantastic 24 bus connections to all parts of London.

Tube: District/ Circle/ Hammersmith & City/ Overground/ Metropolitan/ Central

Rent Details: £650 a month, bills are around £80-£100 pcm (Council Tax, wifi, water, electricity, Sky etc) £900 is the deposit required.
