Our housemate is sadly leaving our fantastic garden house in Brick Lane, so we are looking for a new friendly housemate!
The house is a red brick house arranged over three floors with a live in kitchen with a sofa and ample space for entertaining, guest cloakroom, two bathrooms and the garden with barbecue and shed.
5 Minutes from Liverpool Street Station, Shoreditch, Tower Bridge and of course Brick Lane!

The room is a HUGE DOUBLE on the first floor and comes with double bed, chest of drawer, wardrobe.

Transport links include Aldgate East Station 1 minute walk (District and Hammersmith and City Lines), Shoreditch High Street Station (London Overground), Aldgate Station (Circle and Metropolitan Lines) and Liverpool Street Station (Central line and National Rail), all within 10 minutes walk.

The ideal person is friendly, tidy and clean. "Professional" students are welcome.
This house is the right place if you want to enjoy a quiet area, and yet full of vibrant cafe', restaurants and clubs. Please note this is the ideal place if you like enjoying a glass of wine, a chat when you get back home from work, going to the gym with your housemates, playing board games etc (though we respect privacy). You will be sharing the house with 2 more guys.

The rent is 800 GBP per month bills included.
