I work freelance as a Start-up consultant, and am living in Berlin for a few months, so will only be in the apartment occasional weekends. The rest of the time I rent my own bedroom out on Air BnB (see info below).

***WHO WILL I LIVE WITH?***

The second bedroom will be rented out on Air BnB, so you would share the apartment with different Air BnB guests.

Therefore please be aware it's not a conventional flat share with a permanent flatmate.

The Air BnB guests would have their own room with private ensuite. Guests stay for anything from a few days to a few weeks, and are typically tourists from different countries, or on work trips to London.

My place would suit you if you are a sociable person who enjoys meeting new people, since you will be sharing with different people each week.

Having said that, most Air BnB guests tend to use the place as a 'base' to sleep at, so are unlikely to use the living space and kitchen too much... with so many great restaurants, pubs and bars nearby, they tend to be out and about a lot.

If you would be happy to let new guests in sometimes, that would be great, although a local friend helps with cleaning, check-ins and check-outs.

***ABOUT ME***

I pop back from Berlin every few weeks, so would be home from time to time, and happy to grab a coffee or go for a beer when I'm around.

I am open to either an individual or a couple (note - rent would be £1200 for a couple).
