Cosy Double Bedroom Bricklane £680

I am leaving my room on the 15th August (possible from the 12th)and I am looking to transfer my contract which ends on the 4th of October. At that time it be possible to renew it directly with the agency until April 2015. So it is either suitable for someone looking for a short term rent or someone who may want to stay for a longer period.
It is fully furnished (1 double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers) and situated on the top floor, courtyard side, of a 3-floor house:
- 1 room and the kitchen where you can sit to share a diner with the other roommates(fully furnished, washing machine, etc.) + roof terrace on the first floor;
- 3 rooms and a bathroom on the second floor;
- 2 rooms (including mine) and an other bathroom on the top floor.
The other flatmates are very friendly, a French girl, two Swedish girls, one Australian girl and 1 guy from New-Zealand.
The house is situated on Whitechapel road exactly 5minutes away from Algate East and Whitechapel metro stations and buses going to central London are stopping right in front of the house. In 15minutes you can reach by walk Liverpool Street station or Shoreditch and Bricklane is only 5minutes away by walk.
The rent is £680 all included (charges, council tax and WiFi). The deposit is 1 month rent.
