Big room in an amazing flat just off Brick Lane

I am moving out of my lovely spacious room on a quiet street just off Brick Lane in Shoreditch at the end of August so I’m looking for someone to take over the room from August 31st.

This is obviously an amazing area to live in – the buzz, the people, and the places – everything is uber-cool to say the least, but still very friendly. Included in the package are two lovely housemates: a guy and a girl in their late 20’s and early 30’s (not a couple) from Ireland, who are fun and friendly and seriously the best housemates anyone could ask for! They both work in the creative industry, always up for going out for a drink or two and they frequently visit exhibitions, museums and gigs. Sounds like a cliché but it’s actually true!

Aldgate East is a 3 minute walk away, Liverpool street 5 minutes and Shoreditch overground 5 minutes. Moorgate, Whitechapel and Old street within walking distance as well.

The place:
A flat on the second floor consisting of 3 bedrooms, a big living room, a bathroom and toilet, a kitchen and a balcony. The available room is the biggest room in the flat, with a large window at one end, a built in wardrobe, a bed, a chest of drawers and a shelf that comes with the room. I have also put in an additional wardrobe, a chest of drawers, shelf and a bedside table – so there’s plenty of room.

The details:
The rent is £710, with bills on top which come to around £35-40 per month.

You:
Friendly, sociable and tidy is a given. Up for socialising and hanging out is a plus. You also need to have a permanent job (the landlord will ask you for references, proof of work and ID.)
